🖥️ How to Customize Your Mug (Desktop)

1. Click “Personalize” to open the design window.
2. You’ll see two checkboxes: one for each side of the mug.
3. Select Side 1 to start customizing:
   • Choose Portrait or Landscape image upload.
   • Check the box to show available frames.
4. After applying a frame, use the toolbar to switch between editing the image or the frame. Otherwise, your mouse may resize the wrong layer.
5. If you want to customize both sides, we recommend:
   • Turn on only Side 1, and finish your design.
   • Then turn it off, activate Side 2, and design that side.
   • Finally, turn Side 1 back on before clicking Add to Cart — just to make sure it gets printed too.

📱 How to Customize Your Mug (Mobile)

1. Tap “Personalize” to open the design screen.
2. You’ll see a carousel menu (at the bottom) — it shows one step at a time. 👉 Swipe left or right to move between the steps.
3. To customize Side 1:
   • Check the box that says “Customize Side 1”.
   • Swipe once to upload a portrait image.
   • Swipe twice to upload a landscape image.
   • Swipe again to check the box for frames.
   • One more swipe will show the available frames — tap to choose one.
   • Use the toolbar to move, resize, or switch between your image and the frame.
4. To customize Side 2:
   • Keep swiping until you see “Customize Side 2”.
   • Check the box, and follow the same steps as Side 1.

✅ Helpful Tips:

• Use the leftmost toolbar button to switch between image and frame layers.
• Avoid zooming too much — images that go beyond the placeholder may get cropped.
• If you want to design only one side, you don’t need to touch the second side at all.
